During the meeting between the President of the United States of America and
the President of the most populous black nation of Africa, Nigeria; an
agreement was reached between the two countries that Africa would pay all
outstanding debts owed to Americans and other foreigners who had conducted
businesses and transactions in the country and other countries in Africa
including Benin Republic, Ghana, Togo, Cote D’voire, Senegal, Burkina Faso,
Liberia, etc, before the United States of America can assist Africa in fighting
corruption and insurgency.
As a result of this agreement, the database containing list of people who are
to be paid by Africa has been released to us to facilitate the payment and
ensure that the monies meant for each individual are paid to them within a
period of 3 months. This is the reason why we are contacting you as we found
your contact email on this database. We have initiated this communication with
you with the hope of guiding you to receiving these funds. We therefore require
you to respond to us in agreement and pursuance of this goal.
We were also informed that lots of people have lost their funds in the past
because of dealing with agents, middlemen,receiving fake atm cards, fraudulent
banks and diplomats who have given them away in fraud, hence complicating their
problems and preventing them from receiving the funds. We advise you to cut off
