Let me make a note here...where you see the .jp in the from address; that tells us that this was a Japanese URL that sent the email.  A bit deeper investigation, and I can see that it's an open computer network.  If there's any interest on how to delve deeper into the origin of a scam email, please post a comment, and I will write a post on how to sleuth the truth for yourself.  ~Blue

Typical scam...a military hero who's not really American, and isn't really in Iraq, and who didn't find millions of dollars that he wants you to help him steal.  Common sense should tell you that no one is going to contact a random stranger for something like this.  It's just...comical.  Remember...if it sounds too good to be true...
