Points to note:
1. Have you EVER seen any reputable company send you an email that included your ATM card number? Ever?
2. Fairly sure that Citibank doesn't use "@email.com" for it's email communications.
3. Age and sex are irrelevant in business transactions; in fact, it's generally illegal for an entity to ask for that information.
4. Next of kin? What does that possibly have to do with something that's supposedly mine? How is that information relevant?
5. It's out of Nigeria. Duh. 419 scam, much?
