    Yes, same scam, new maildrop at Yandex. Guess the old one got filled with sludge or nuked. I have also seen this scam with different scammer maildrop providers:

    The presentations vary, so I imagine there are multiple scammers all trying essentially the same dodge. So far I have refrained from sending money.

    (*) the _ characters should be periods, but that sometimes confuses the posting software.
